Welcome to the Club
Walk into your first class without a knot in your stomach. Know your coach by name, know where the door is, know exactly what's about to happen — and book your next three classes without asking anyone.
Don't Be the New Person
Read the workout board without panic. Tell RX from scaled and pick the right one for you. Hinge, squat, press, and pull with form a coach will sign off on.
Make It Work
Fuel yourself for the training you're doing. Track three honest progress markers that aren't the scale. Notice your first "holy crap I'm stronger" moment — and have the language to call it out.
You're One of Us Now
Know at least five members by name. Attend one community event. Live in the ATC private group. Bring one friend — whether they show or not.
Stay
Review your 90-day arc. Lock the next 90 with a coach. Choose your identity: Member, Competitor, or Self-Proving Athlete — and train accordingly.
