Everybody walks in nervous. Here are the 7 things we hear the most — and the truth about each one.

  1. "Everyone there is in shape and I'm not." Some are, most aren't. Mixed bag of bodies, ages, and fitness levels.
  2. "The workouts will be too hard." We scale every workout. Every single one.
  3. "I'll be the slowest." There is no slowest. You finish when you finish.
  4. "I won't know the lingo." Module 2 is literally just teaching you the words.
  5. "I'll get hurt." We coach form before we coach weight. Our injury rate is low.
  6. "Coaches will yell at me." We don't. We coach hard, not loud.
  7. "I'll have to do burpees." Sometimes. 60 seconds. You'll live.
