- "Everyone there is in shape and I'm not." Some are, most aren't. Mixed bag of bodies, ages, and fitness levels.
- "The workouts will be too hard." We scale every workout. Every single one.
- "I'll be the slowest." There is no slowest. You finish when you finish.
- "I won't know the lingo." Module 2 is literally just teaching you the words.
- "I'll get hurt." We coach form before we coach weight. Our injury rate is low.
- "Coaches will yell at me." We don't. We coach hard, not loud.
- "I'll have to do burpees." Sometimes. 60 seconds. You'll live.
