How to Book Your Classes (and Why It's Worth It)

Booking isn't required at ATC — you can always just show up. But once you've got a rhythm going, reserving your spot is the move: it puts class on your calendar, tells us you're coming, and makes you far more likely to actually walk in. Here's how to run your own schedule.

Why we ask you to book

You're never required to reserve — walk-ins are always welcome. But booking helps everyone:

  • You show up more. When class is on your calendar, you treat it like any other appointment you keep.
  • We can prepare. Knowing who's coming lets us set up the floor and staff the room for the people actually in it.
  • It keeps class safe. We pride ourselves on no waitlists and no capped classes — unlike most gyms, you'll never get turned away. Reservations are how we keep that promise without overcrowding the floor.

And there's no penalty when plans change. No cancellation fee, ever. Life happens — cancel or move your class and we'll just see you at the next one.

How to book in the app

  1. Open the PushPress app and tap the schedule.
  2. Find the class time you want and tap it.
  3. Tap Reserve — that's it. You'll get a confirmation.
  4. Need to change it? Open the reserved class and tap Cancel. No fee, no awkwardness.
