What to Do If You Want to Quit in Your First Week (Read This First)

"

A few classes in, the wobble hits. Your body's sore, the room still feels new, and your whole routine just got rearranged. Statistically, you're going to want to quit at least once in your first 30 days. This is the lesson you read before you do.

Why the first week feels hard. Sore body + new social space + new routine = a lot, all at once. We flagged the soreness and the gap between your first class and your second before you ever walked in — and now you're living it. That's not a sign you're in the wrong place. That's the cost of the first week, and it doesn't last.

The 'I'll start over next month' trap. You won't. You know you won't. We've watched this pattern thousands of times.

Before you cancel, ask yourself these 3 questions:

  1. Am I tired, or am I done?
  2. Did I talk to a coach?
  3. Have I missed a week, or am I just having a bad day?

The promise: text your head coach before you cancel. We will not guilt you. We will not high-pressure you. We will help you figure out whether quitting is the right call — and if it is, we'll make it easy.
