Book Your Free Form Check (If You Haven't Already)

Every new member gets one free 15-minute Form Check in their first month. Use it. The members who use it stick around at materially higher rates than the members who don't.

What a Form Check is:

  • 1 coach, 1 lift, 15 minutes
  • You pick the lift you want feedback on
  • You leave with 1–2 specific things to work on — and either "graduated to RX" or "stay on MOD for 2 more weeks" on that movement

This is the only chance to book a free 1-on-1 with a coach inside the course. It happens during a regular class — the coach pulls you aside for 5 minutes during warm-up and 5 during the workout.
