You've made it 76 days. Most people don't. Here's what the next year looks like if you keep going — and why it gets better, not harder.

The compounding effect of consistent training. Most strong people aren't gifted — they're consistent.

What members typically hit at 6 months: deadlift up 30–50%, squat similar, first strict pull-up (or close), visible body recomp, energy and sleep improvements.

What 1-year members look like: the language changes. "I go to the gym" becomes "I train." Identity shifts.

What 3-year members look like: stronger at 45 than they were at 30. The gym is part of who they are.

The training-age concept: your body is responding to how long you've been training, not how old you are.
