Meet Your Coaches

3 min read
"

You've already trained with at least one of them — they were on the floor your first class, watching your reps and calling you by name. Now meet the whole crew, so you know exactly who to find for what.

Each coach has a short intro video below — name, one fact about their training background, the type of member they're best at coaching, and one personal hook. The faces will start clicking fast once you've seen a few of them on the floor.

Your coaches

Kelly SamburgNASM CPT · Nutrition Coach
Best for Busy moms — and she's the floor lead for lower-body & glute camps.

Mom of three who fought her own weight and consistency for years before ATC. “I coach to help people fall in love with fitness so it becomes a lasting part of their life, not a temporary obligation.”

Shawn SimonNASM CPT · Nutrition Coach
Best for Beginners — stability, conditioning, and form, starting with a simple squat assessment.

Walked in as a member and became a head-of-floor coach. “Knowing the difference between muscle soreness and injury — when to rest and when to push — is half of training.”

On the floor — Mon 5a · Thu 5a · Sat 9a
Shayna PefferACE CPT · NASM Nutrition Coach
Best for Busy adults and parents who put themselves last — plus older adults building strength (Senior Fitness certified).

Nearly two decades coaching and a kinesiology degree, ACE-certified since 2008. Coaches nutrition, recovery, and mindset alongside strength.

Stephanie ClevelandNASM CNC · 14 years coaching
Best for People finding themselves again — the nutrition and relationship piece: binge eating, sustainable habits, family health.

Single mom and Binge Eating Specialist, currently training for Hyrox. “Build strong, sustainable habits that challenge your limits, so you create results that last.”

What 'coaches on the floor' means at ATC: there are two coaches in every single class, actively watching you. Not standing in the corner. Not on their phones. Actively coaching, every rep, every member. That's why you got real attention on day one and why you'll keep getting it.

Your move
Watch the intros below, then say hey to a coach by name at your next class. They already know yours.
