Life is going to happen between Day 45 and Day 75. Work, kids, a vacation, a cold. Here's what we tell every long-term member to do when they feel a 'skip-week' coming on.

The 1-class rule: one class beats zero classes by an order of magnitude. Always.

The "show up and walk" option: yes, you can come in and only do the warm-up. We'd rather have you in the door for 20 min than gone for 7 days.

Text your coach BEFORE you ghost. Not as a guilt trip — as a real conversation about what's going on.

The reverse — the planned deload: one lighter week every 8–10 weeks. Programmed, not panicked.
